1. General Terms

1.1. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the software plugin AntiSlurGuard (“Plugin”) developed by Biggiko for the game Minecraft.

1.2. By downloading, installing, using, or distributing the Plugin, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the Plugin.

2. Grant of License

2.1. The author grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, and royalty-free license to:

Download and use the Plugin on any number of Minecraft servers;

Modify the Plugin's source code for personal or server-specific needs;

Share or redistribute the Plugin (original or modified), provided that all conditions in Section 3 are respected.

3. Restrictions

3.1. You are not permitted to:

Claim ownership of the Plugin or its original source code;

Remove or modify copyright notices, references to the author, or links to the original source;

Redistribute the Plugin as part of paid services, paid modpacks, or paid plugin bundles without explicit written consent from the author;

Distribute the Plugin in a form that includes malicious code, spyware, or harmful modifications.

3.2. When redistributing modified versions of the Plugin, you must:

Retain this License Agreement;

Credit the original author: “Created by Biggiko” and provide a link to the original Modrinth page where possible.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights to the Plugin, including its code, design, and documentation, belong to the author unless otherwise stated.

4.2. This Agreement does not transfer ownership, only limited usage rights as defined herein.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

5.1. The Plugin is provided “AS IS”, without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose;

Error-free performance;

Compatibility with all Minecraft versions, server platforms, or other plugins.

5.2. You use the Plugin at your own risk. The author is not liable for any data loss, server issues, or other damages arising from the use or misuse of the Plugin.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. In no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

7.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

7.2. The author reserves the right to revoke this license immediately if you violate any part of this Agreement.

7.3. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Plugin.

8. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union.

8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and in effect.
